Version 1 · Effective 4 May 2026
This notice explains how Onewell Brands Ltd (“Onewell”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with the Creator Programme. We are the data controller for the data described here.
1. Who we are
Onewell Brands Ltd, registered in England.
Contact for any privacy matter: creators@shop-onewell.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 When you apply. Name, email, social handles, country, audience description, sample video links, and your acceptance of the terms in force at the time of submission.
2.2 When you become an approved creator. Bank details for payouts, address for product shipments, tax status for our records, and a record of videos you have submitted, the discount code we issued you, and any sales attributed to you.
2.3 Automatic data. Your IP address, user agent, and the timestamp at the moment you submit the application form, recorded for fraud and audit purposes.
3. Our lawful bases for processing
3.1 We rely on legitimate interests to assess your application and to keep records of why we accepted or declined it. Our interest is running a fair, auditable Programme. You can object; see section 8.
3.2 Once you are an approved creator, we rely on performance of a contract to send you product, pay you, issue your discount code, and communicate Programme matters.
3.3 We rely on consent for any marketing email outside the Programme itself. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email.
3.4 We rely on legal obligation to keep records required by tax and accounting law.
4. How we use your data
To assess applications, run the Programme, send and receive product, pay you, calculate commission, communicate with you about your videos and payouts, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Who we share it with (sub-processors)
We use a small number of third-party processors. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job.
5.1 Supabase. Database and authentication. Hosts application records, creator accounts and video submission data. Stored in the EU.
5.2 Resend. Transactional email. Sends application confirmations, decision emails and Programme updates from creators@shop-onewell.com.
5.3 Wise. Payments. Processes monthly payouts in pounds sterling to your nominated bank account. Wise receives the data it needs to pay you and is itself a data controller for that purpose.
We will update this list as we add or change processors. Material changes are notified under section 11.
6. International transfers
Some of our processors may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. How long we keep it
7.1 Applications. Kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them, so we have a record of past decisions and so you can reapply without starting from scratch.
7.2 Payment details. Auto-purged 12 months after your last Programme activity.
7.3 Content archive. Records of accepted videos, the link, and the payment made are retained for at least 24 months after the video is accepted, to support tax, audit and the licence in section 5.2 of the terms.
7.4 General communications. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is operationally useful, then archived under our standard retention schedule.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of data we no longer have a lawful basis to hold.
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability of data you provided to us, in a machine-readable format.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email creators@shop-onewell.com. We will respond within one calendar month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting.
9. Cookies and analytics
We currently use only essential cookies needed for creator login sessions. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or tag managers on this site at the moment. If we add any, we will update this notice and add a cookie banner before doing so.
10. Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would prefer you raised it with us first via creators@shop-onewell.com so we can put it right.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be sent to your registered email at least 14 days before they take effect.
