Terms

1.1 The Onewell Creator Programme is a paid arrangement under which Onewell Brands Ltd (“Onewell”, “we”) sends supplement product to selected UK-based creators (“you”) and pays you for accepted videos and for sales attributed to your unique discount code.

1.2 The Programme is for individual creators with their own audience on social platforms. You are not our employee. You operate independently and are responsible for your own tax.

1.3 To participate you must be aged 18 or over, ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, and have the legal right to enter into this arrangement.

1.4 Product supply. Onewell provides product to you at our discretion, to support the creation of videos under this Programme. We do not commit to a specific quantity or cadence, and receiving product on one occasion does not entitle you to receive it again. Product is provided for your own use in creating content and may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as a prize or giveaway.

2.1 You apply through the form on this site. We assess applications individually.

2.2 We aim to reply within five working days. We may approve, decline, or ask for more information. Approval is granted at our discretion and we are not required to give reasons for declining.

2.3 Approval can be withdrawn at any time on written notice if you breach these terms, if your videos no longer fit the Programme, or if we wind the Programme down. We will pay any earned amounts up to the date of withdrawal.

3.1 Every approved creator starts on Affiliate.

3.2 Onewell may move a creator between tiers at its discretion, based on factors including consistency, quality of content, and adherence to the Compliance basics in section 6. Tier changes take effect from the date Onewell notifies the creator, and apply to videos approved from that date onward. There is no automatic promotion.

3.3 Partner is by invitation only. There is no application route.

3.4 Onewell may move a creator to a lower tier for the same reasons. We will tell you in writing when we do so.

4.1 Per-video rate. We pay a flat fee for each video we accept, at the rate for your tier:

• Affiliate: £15 per accepted video
• Creator: £25 per accepted video
• Partner: £40 per accepted video

4.2 Commission. We pay a percentage of the order value, excluding VAT and shipping, on every order placed using your unique discount code:

• Affiliate: 15%
• Creator: 20%
• Partner: 25%

4.3 Monthly limits. Each tier has a maximum number of videos Onewell will pay for in any calendar month, based on the date each video was posted:

• Affiliate: 5
• Creator: 10
• Partner: 15

Videos declined by Onewell do not count toward the limit.

4.4 Discount for your audience. Every creator's unique discount code gives your audience 15% off, regardless of tier.

4.5 Payout schedule. We pay monthly, on the first UK business day of each month, for amounts earned in the previous calendar month.

4.6 Minimum threshold. If your total balance for a payout cycle is under £25, the balance rolls forward and is paid in the next cycle that meets the threshold. There is no expiry on rolled balances while you remain in the Programme.

4.7 Payment method. Payment is by bank transfer in pounds sterling, sent to the UK bank account details you provide in your Onewell dashboard. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate.

4.8 Disputes. If you believe a payout is wrong, email creators@shop-onewell.com within 30 days of the payout date with the reason. We will reply within 14 working days and correct any error in the next payout cycle.

5.1 You own your channel and any video you create. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to Onewell.

5.2 Licence to use your content. You grant Onewell a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, adapt, reproduce, and publish videos we have accepted, in any medium and for any purpose. This includes paid advertising, organic social media, our website, email, and packaging. This licence applies on every tier and continues after you leave the Programme. You keep ownership of your videos and your channel.

5.3 Video lifespan. Once a video is accepted and paid for, you agree to keep it live and publicly accessible on the platform it was published to for at least 30 days. If you need to take it down sooner for a personal or platform reason, tell us in writing and we will sort it.

5.4 Confidentiality. Unreleased product information, internal communications, briefs, and the details of other creators stay confidential, both during your time on the Programme and after it ends. Our rates and commission percentages are published openly on this site and are not confidential.

When making videos for the Programme, you must:

6.1 Disclose the partnership clearly using #ad in the caption and, where the platform offers one, the platform's branded-content tool.

6.2 Tag @onewell where the platform allows tagging.

6.3 Use only the unique discount code we issue you. Do not share your code in private channels intended to game the commission system.

6.4 Avoid medical claims. Do not say or imply that any Onewell product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses a medical condition. Speak from your own experience without making clinical promises.

6.5 Avoid restrictive dieting or weight-loss framing. Onewell's voice is anti-restriction and your videos for us must not promote diet culture.

6.6 Not say anything you know to be untrue about Onewell, our products, or our team.

A video that does not meet these basics will not be accepted, and the per-video fee will not be paid. Commission already earned on existing accepted videos is unaffected.

7.1 By you. You may leave the Programme at any time by emailing creators@shop-onewell.com. We will pay any earned amounts up to the date you leave on the next normal payout cycle.

7.2 By us. We may end your participation at any time on written notice, including for breach of these terms. We will still pay any earned amounts up to the date of termination.

7.3 What survives. Sections 5.2 (content licence), 5.3 (video lifespan), 5.4 (confidentiality), 7.4 (speaking about Onewell), 7.5 (after the Programme ends), 8 (liability), 9 (warranties) and 11 (governing law) survive termination.

7.4 Speaking about Onewell. Neither you nor Onewell will make public statements intended to damage the other's reputation. This does not stop you from giving your honest opinion of our products, saying anything required by law or by the ASA, reporting a concern to a regulator, raising a health or safety issue, or making a protected disclosure. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from telling the truth.

7.5 After the Programme ends. Stop using your discount code and stop describing yourself as an Onewell creator. Videos you have already posted may stay up. Onewell may continue to use content licensed under section 5.2 in line with that licence.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit losses. Our total liability to you under these terms in any 12-month period is capped at the total amounts paid to you under the Programme in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You warrant that:

• You have the right to grant the licence in section 5.2.
• Your videos are your own work and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• The information you give us in your application is accurate.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to your registered email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may leave the Programme under section 7.1 before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
